1K sealant for sealing in water and wastewater applications, from pH value 5.0

SABA Ecoseal Bio HM is a mechanically and/or microbiologically resistant, permanently elastic sealant. Very low in emissions, solvent-free, stable, UV-resistant, and (air) humidity-curing based on MS polymer technology (one-component). Free from hazard symbols, easy to apply, shows minimal shrinkage, and, thanks to its excellent elastic recovery after stress, can be used sustainably within the maximum permissible deformation.

SABA Ecoseal Bio HM is particularly suitable for sealing joints that are microbiologically exposed to, among other things, composting processes, drinking water, and wastewater/treated water, as well as for joints subjected to heavy mechanical loads, such as in prefabricated concrete slabs, precast concrete flooring systems, concrete overflow gutters, galleries, basins, wastewater systems, retaining walls, segmented bolt-fastened tanks, and silos built on foundations.

SABA Ecoseal AC is an acid-resistant, permanently elastic sealant. Solvent-free, stable, UV-resistant, and (air) humidity-curing based on MS polymer technology (one-component). Free from hazard symbols, odorless, easy to apply, and shows minimal shrinkage.

SABA Ecoseal AC is particularly suitable for sealing joints and/or overlaps in microbiologically contaminated environments that come into contact with acid, such as in (prefabricated) construction elements, overflow gutters, metal parts, bolt heads, various types of (biogas) tanks and silos, basins, JGS facilities, and storage rooms exposed to composting processes, fertilizers, drinking water, and wastewater/treated water.

SABA Primer 9002 is a transparent adhesion promoter (one-component)

SABA Primer 9002 has been developed for the permanent bonding of SABA adhesives and/or sealants to various porous and non-porous substrates, such as concrete, metals, plastics, coatings, or paints.

Suitable for both sealants, SABA Ecoseal Bio HM and SABA Ecoseal AC, in combination with concrete and metal.

2K Sealant

SABA Sealer MB-T has been developed for the elastic, liquid-tight sealing of vertical (expansion) joints.

Suitable for facilities where substances are stored, filled, or processed that are harmful to aqueous environments and/or where (temporary) high chemical resistance is required. 

Examples include gas stations, chemical plants, and emergency exits. Also suitable for normal or fuel-resistant (expansion) joints in pavement constructions made of (prefabricated) elements. Used on (highways) roads, parking lots, bridge decks, airports, industrial floors, and/or other trafficked surfaces.

• Highly chemical-resistant, stable, and permanently elastic sealant based on polysulfide (two-component)

2K Primer for Concrete

SABA Primer H17 is an adhesion promoter for porous substrates (two-component).

SABA Primer H17 has been developed for the permanent bonding of SABA polysulfide sealants and coatings with various porous substrates.

Coating for Concrete Protection in Water and Wastewater Applications

SABA Flexcoat K is a semi-elastic, chemical-resistant, and wear-resistant coating. Solvent-free, stable, crack-bridging, and UV-resistant, based on epoxy-polysulfide (two-component).

SABA Flexcoat K is particularly suitable for coating oil and grease separators, tanks, silos, and water treatment plants. As a protective coating, 

SABA Flexcoat K provides resistance against (bio)chemical exposure.
